Do you wonder why we need Family Donations and where all of that money goes at Rancho?
Schools throughout the district need to raise additional funds in order to maintain all of the programs currently in place. Does your student enjoy art, music, computers, library, reading specialists and the extra help from all of the classroom aides? These are programs NOT fully funded by our district. Without the additional funding from our families we would not be able to offer these programs to our children and further enrich their education.
RREF’s budgeted spend per child equates to $979 per student in the course of one school year. Therefore, the Rancho Romero Education Fund is requesting a donation of $650 per student for the 2018-19 school year. This is just $65 a month for the 10 months of school - a bit more than $2 a day!
If every student meets the $650 donation amount, we would reach 81% of the annual net income goal of $380,500 that is needed to maintain the programs, staff and resources that are vital to the success of our children.
There is a payment plan option which will split into 3 payments, each 1 month apart. If you are unable to donate the full amount, please select "Other Donation" and enter the amount that you are able to contribute.
Our goal is 100% family participation and ANY amount is greatly appreciated.
