After School Class - Friendship Club with Ms. Harrington
Mondays, 2:30 - 3:30pm, Classroom #8
Each class will start off each with a book read aloud. We will focus on SEL (Social Emotional Learning). Our books will always lead to some sort of discussion on the topic of the day. The second half of the class will be board games, art projects, and group projects to help with teamwork and peer connection. We’ll cover topics of Friendship, Diversity, Equity, Sports Lessons will be based on what teachers are hearing on the playground and issues or areas of improvement with our student community. Problem Solving, collaboration, communication, etc.
